Our tailored elopement packages include:

  • Customized Decoration: Design and planning of decoration according to the couple's style, which may include flowers, tables, chairs, and other decorative elements.

  • Travel Planning: Organization of accommodation, transportation, and activities for the couple and their guests, if any.

  • Logistics Services: Coordination of the arrival and departure of the couple and vendors, as well as time management during the event.

  • Ceremony, cocktail, and reception coordination

  • Primary contact to all vendors and wedding party on the day of the wedding

  • Final payment and gratuity distribution to vendors

  • A Wedding planner on site for 8 hours

  • Negotiating + contracting any needed hotel room blocks or vendors missing to hire

  • Provide a timeline, venue layout, travel directions and final details to all vendors

  • Ceremony rehearsal

  • Bridal Party Management for the Ceremony

  • Distribute any gratuities or payments to your vendors.

  • Setup of wedding accessories such as a guest book, place cards, favors, etc

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony, cocktail and reception
