The beginning

• Vendor research and recommendations** based on the client's aesthetic and budget, including any and all of the following: ceremony and reception venues, caterer, band/DJ, ceremony musicians, photographer, videographer, hotel, officiant, florist, bakery, rehearsal dinner, rentals, and transportation

• Review vendor contracts

• Regularly scheduled planning meetings (google meet, phone, or in-person

• Planning and coordination of related events (rehearsal dinner, welcome party, Ceremony rehearsal etc.)

• Access to the preferred vendors list

In the process

• Two walk-through at the reception space to discuss the layout and floor plan

• Assist/manage vendors once hired

• Floor Plan Development with seating chart

• Confirm all vendors the week of the wedding

• Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline

• Send a timeline to all vendors

• Final Meeting prior to the Wedding to review details

• General advice and consultation

• Management of Budget, Vendors, & Payments

Wedding Day:

• First one on-site

• Bridal Party Management

• Deliver final payments and/or gratuity

• Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

• Setup of wedding accessories such as a guest book, place cards, favors, etc

• Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony, cocktail and reception

• Management and supervision of vendors

• Wedding Planner on-site Wedding Day and an assistant coordinator on site for up to 8 hours

• Last one off-site - Up to 10 hours, each additional hour is $150 plus $50 per assistant
