Partial Wedding Planning Package is for the bride who desires to have full engagement with the vendors but may not have the resources or know how to put all the parts together for their big day. This package allows the bride to plan a majority of the wedding with assistance from one of our Wedding Planner

What is included?

The beginning

Limited consultations via email and/or telephone.
Limited face-to-face consultations. Be advised, extra costs will be incurred for travel expenses if the meeting is more than 100 kilometers from the Planner’s home/office.
Guidance and review of the work already done by the couple
Negotiating + contracting any needed hotel room blocks
Supplying any needed vendor recommendations
Management of Budget, Vendors, & Payments
Access to the preferred vendors list

In the process

Assist/manage vendors once hired
Floor Plan Development with seating chart
Confirm all vendors the week of the wedding
Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline
Send a timeline to all vendors
Final Meeting prior to the Wedding to review details
Ceremony rehearsal

Wedding Day

First one on-site
Bridal Party Management
Deliver final payments and/or gratuity
Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
Setup of wedding accessories such as a guest book, place cards, favors, etc
Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony, cocktail and reception
Management and supervision of vendors
A wedding planner on site for 10 hours and an assistant coordinator on site for up to 8 hours
Last one off-site - Up to 10 hours, each additional hour is $150 plus $60 per assistant
